Chris and I spent 3 months living in a small village in southwest France. We rented out our condo in DC and rented a townhouse built in the 13th century. We spent a lot of time traveling around the area in a leased car. We took a kayaking trip down the Dordogne River, biked around the Bordeaux wine region, drove to the Provence region, and traveled up to Normandy.
